- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We were using this company through First Citizens for a re-fi. The appraiser was not informed as to what the house was classified, so she took it upon herself to call it a mobile home. The house had already been appraised for the first mortgage, with the same bank, as a modular. She also went as far to say that if we would clean up the clutter she would come back and give a better appraisal. Even if the house was cluttered, her job was not to critique the inside house keeping, it was to measure rooms. You think that your belongings inside the home are not being scoped out. RUDE! I would never refer this company to any of our clients, in the law business we use appraisals in equitable distribution cases all the time.By Toni Riggins, November 29, 2016
