- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Maybe this is unusual but I stood in a 15 minute line outside to get into a 15 minute line inside to sit in the waiting room for 3+ hours. The worst part is that the employees are not only moving as slow as humanly possible but nobody is apologetic or even slightly friendly. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆No surprise here, it's the DMV. I'm actually standing in front of the person that is doing my license and she hasn't once looked at me, didn't greet me, and waited a very uncomfortable 2 minutes before even speaking to me while I stood in front of her waiting to be acknowledged. Then we have Pam coming across the room, leans on the desk (with her back to me) and starts to complain about the lunch schedule. It is 8:00 in the morning right now. And lest we forget the guy that fussed at me for not standing in the right place. The front desk lady was nice at least. She was pretty helpful.By Boyce Elliott, April 19, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Not even worth one star, terrible experience and extremely rude staff. No greeting and when I wanted to clarify what she was asking me, she gave me a blank look and expected I should already know what she was talking about. I was complying with what she was saying and being frankly very respectful to her even though I was getting the exact opposite back from her. I want to know who is in charge of this office. I recognized that the ENTIRE staff was socializing when they're JOB WHAT THEY ARE GETTING PAID FOR was being ignored and on top of that, giving no respect for the other human being in front of them.
