- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I hired Mr. Brown to help me file bankruptcy at the year end of 2009. In January of 2010 we proceeded to bankruptcy court where I spoke to the judge. It has been 9 months since that day and I do not know the status of my case. I have creditors still contacting me and Mr. Browns office will not return my phone calls. I have given him a great amount of time and only wish that I find the status of my case and my credit but I'm totally in the dark and do not know where to reach out for help. I'm drowning and no one is listening. Moments ago I filled a BBB complaint and hopefully that will grab his attention. I did hire him after a family member recommended him but was recommended with a caution; that it is hard to get him on the phone. I took a chance with the belief that if I filled and could get it done quickly, it would be okay. I also thought that if it came to a time when my phone calls went unanswered, I would call daily until it was answered. I never expected nine months to go by.By A Google User, May 02, 2017
